Steelpointe Speed & Performance School

The Steelpointe Speed & Performance School is designed to help athletes move better, faster, and stronger through a comprehensive training program designed for overall performance development.

Each session incorporates essential speed training elements—acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction, with performance-focused exercises like strength development, movement efficiency, and coordination. Our coaches adapt exercises to match the age and developmental stage of every athlete, ensuring training is safe, effective, and engaging.

For younger athletes, we emphasize proper movement mechanics, explosive power, and agility, gradually introducing speed and performance techniques as they grow. High school athletes advance to more dynamic training, integrating sport-specific skills with top-speed mechanics, strength, and endurance to maximize their potential.


Flexible Mid-Winter Training Options:
Athletes can choose:

  • One 60-minute session per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays
  • Three 60-minute sessions per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • One 90-minute session per week, on Saturdays


Schedule:

Mondays (4:45-5:45 PM), Wednesdays, and/or Fridays (5:45-6:45 PM)
January: 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 31
February: 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28

Saturdays (9:00-10:30 AM)
January 4, 11, 18, 25
February 1, 8, 15, 22
