We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

 

Injury-Related Cancellations:

If a participant is unable to attend a program due to an injury, we will gladly provide a full refund. To process this refund, a doctor’s note verifying the injury and its impact on participation is required. Once received, we will process your refund promptly.

  • Non-Refundable Registrations:
    In some cases, certain program registrations may be non-refundable. This applies especially to programs with limited spots, where a cancellation would prevent another athlete from participating. 

  • Processing Timeline:
    Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the necessary documentation.
