Steelpointe Lacrosse FOGO & Goalie Clinic

The Steelpointe Lacrosse FOGO & Goalie Clinic offers specialized training for two of the most crucial positions on the field. Faceoff players and goalies will train separately, with dedicated drills and coaching tailored to their roles. Each group will focus on mastering the fundamentals and developing the advanced skills needed to dominate their position.

FOGOs:

• Refine clamp, counter, and exit techniques for winning possession.
• Build explosive reaction time and body control through high-rep drills.
• Improve positioning and game awareness for success.

Goalies:

• Develop quick reflexes and hand-eye coordination for making tough saves.
• Focus on angles, positioning, and reading shooters.
• Gain confidence in high-pressure situations with live-shot practice.
